Saint Joan of Arc Shield & Stand – Large

This large 8" x 10" wooden shield is dedicated to Saint Joan of Arc, who heroically led a successful defense of France from the invading English in the Hundred Years' War. One of her famous inspirational sayings is: "I am not afraid; I was born for this!" The image on the shield is adapted from the painting of Joan of Arc by the French artist Charles Amable Lenoir.

Laser engraved from 1/4" basswood laminate, this exquisite piece of art is sure to inspire both young and old. This shield comes with a stand. It can either hang on a wall or be placed on a home altar or other suitable location. This product is uncoated and for interior use only.
